Who is this program for?
Athletes of all levels—from beginners to advanced—who want to be part of a cheer team, practice weekly, and learn stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance, without the heavy time and financial commitment of all-star competitive cheer. Starting at age 5.
What does the weekly schedule look like?
-
Practice: Once a week for 2 hours (attendance is important since stunting requires a full team).
-
Tumbling class: 1 hour per week, optional but encouraged to build and advance skills.
What does the season include?
-
At least 3 performances/competitions throughout the season.
-
End-of-season showcase.
-
As the program grows, we’ll create separate teams by level so athletes can learn more advanced skills.
